But when the world decides the Demon King must be defeated at all cost and that I’m the best way to get to him, I’m forced to accept his protection and hide out in his castle. Immortal, invincible, and extremely arrogant, living with the Demon King is no walk in the park. And yes, the internet memes and fan clubs aren’t wrong – he is extremely gorgeous. But he’s a villain to end all villains. There’s no way I’m falling for him. Except, when he uses his shadow powers on me in new, creative ways, I do fall – right into his bed. By day, we hate each other, but by night…that hate turns to something hotter. But the closer we get, the more my life seems to unravel. Because that thing the Demon King lost? Turns out I do know a thing or two about it. And he’ll stop at nothing to get it back.
