The case of the dog show mystery

Mary-Kate and Ashley enter their basset hound, Clue, in the dog show and expect that he will win until someone steals him. We entered our basset hound, Clue, in the dog show. Everyone said she was going to win. But right before the competition, someone stole Clue! A funny smell, a puddle of drool, and a half-eaten hot dog were our only clues.
