Description

His heart was hers - If she could teach him to love again ... Striking, redheaded Jane Drummond, daughter of Central Hospital's chief orthopedic surgeon, was a woman accustomed to going after what she wanted - and getting it. Right now, what she wanted was the love of Michael Adversane, the handsome, gifted young surgeon she had known since childhood. After years of devotion, it didn't seem too much to ask, and yet, in the aftermath of a tragic accident, Michael's affection for her seemed to dim. Why? What, Jane wondered, would happen when Michael himself was wheeled into the operating room - under the scalpel of a man who loved her more than Michael ever did?
