Highland Rebel (Family Tree Series #1)
Bonnie Prince Charlie's attempt to capture the throne of England was a time of high excitement for Lauren Cameron, her brother, and her cousins. It was a serious time, too in 1745 Scotland, with dreadful happenings and fierce battles. And Lauren, kept at home with Aunt Elspeth, longed to be out fighting the British. Donning kilts, she would ride over the hills with her cousin Murdoch and faithful Angus, looking for British soldiers. While masquerading as a boy, she was captured and held prisoner by the Earl of Loudon, head of the Campbell clan, arch foe of all Camerons. Still refusing to admit her identity, Lauren finally escapes, and rejoins her family and those loyal to the Prince into exile in France.

To Build a Land

Witch of the Glens (Family Tree Series #3)
The time was 1644 in Inverness, Scotland. As the "wicked wee lass" raced along the steep streets, just ahead of the stones and cries of briosag! hurled at her, she wished with all her heart that she were a witch. What a spell she would put on them all! For all her seventeen years, Kelpie could remember nothing but belonging to Mina and Bogle, gypsies who lived by their evil wits. The only law any of them knew was that of self-preservation. Bogle said she had been kidnapped because of her blue ringed eyes of the "Second Sight," and she often wondered from where. A castle, perhaps? Nobility? A castle, perhaps? Nobility? But a series of events would change her life forever when Kelpie would encounter two fine young men.
Linnet (Family Tree Series #7)
Linnet, a too-trusting upper-class young lady of fourteen, ran away to seek adventure in the heart of sixteenth-century London. Along the way she met Sir Colin Collyngewood, a gentleman, and accepted the ride he so kindly offered her. That was her first mistake. Her second was in accepting his hospitality, although by that time, she had little choice. A fascinating and intriguing book based on an actual historical plot.
Other Sandals
