Richard K. Thomas, Ph.D., is an American who has spent his entire professional career (30+ years) in health services research, marketing, planning, and business development. Dr. Thomas is currently on the faculties of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (Preventive Medicine) and the University of St. Francis (healthcare administration). He has authored and co-authored several books on the subject of healthcare management and administration.
