Her more recent enjoyment of computers has further enhanced her love of writing. She has completed two writing for children courses. The first one with the London School of Journalism recognised her aptitude for teen fiction and the second with the Academy of Children's Writers confirmed it. Gail always has a number of stories ongoing enjoying the variety of storylines and characters. Over the last few years she has worked mostly on 'Family Secrets' which was published December, 2008 and 'Family Fear' which was published December, 2010. Her next main projects are 'Family Missing' which is the third part of the 'Rachel Brooks Family Trilogy' and ‘Time Fixers’ which is slightly sci fi with teen ‘agony aunt’ Jess Hardwick getting well out of her depth when plunged into unexpected circumstances.
