The Bradford family adventures

While visiting a marine aquarium in Florida, Yolanda and Daniel overhear a conversation about a plot to kidnap some giant sea creatures, and are soon busy carrying out a counterplot of their own.

Yolanda and Daniel, after happening upon the clubhouse used by a gang that has been extorting money from school children, devise a plan to thwart the gang's activities.

Daniel takes up dirt-bike racing and shows a lot of talent but when his inexperience earns him the enmity of some of the best racers, he tries to return good for evil when they try to exact their revenge.

At a time when tempers are short in the Bradford family, ten-year-old Yolanda discovers a dog she wants, but she must wait fourteen days to get it.

Daniel learns that his friend who behaves like a bully is a victim of child abuse.

Daniel tries to do all he can to reassure Yolanda when official letters arrive questioning the legality of her adoption by Mr. and Mrs. Bradford.

When nine-year-old Mexican American Yolanda takes a rowboat out into deep water by herself after encountering racial prejudice, her friends turn to God for help while seeking to rescue her.

Daniel sees his friend Chad kidnapped at Raider Stadium, where the distraction of an exciting baseball game makes him the only witness.

Daniel calls upon his faith in God to help him deal with the impending death of the Sunday school teacher whom he loves and admires.

Anxious to have someone his own age in the family, eleven-year-old Daniel begins to help out at the local orphanage in the hope that his parents will adopt one of the orphans.

When it seems everyone believes Daniel guilty of cheating, he runs away with his friend Yolanda leaving behind a frantic search.
