When the new student, Kento, shows interest in Sawako, Kazehaya tries to tell Sawako that he has feelings for her, but Sawako misunderstands what he is saying. Sawako needs to gain the confidence to confess her own feelings to resolve the situation.

Kazehaya and Sawako support each other as Sawako figures out where she will go to university and Kazehaya deals with his overbearing father and ill mother.

With Kazehaya attending a college near home and Sawako applying for school in Sapporo, the couple realize they are running out of high school days to be together and they separately wonder whether they'll stay together past graduation.

On a field trip to Okinawa, while their friends are otherwise distracted, Sawako and Kazehaya find themselves alone and may take their relationship to the next level.
