David Griffiths is an associate fellow of the International Law Programme and a consultant on human rights strategy. He is also a member of the OSCE’s Panel of Experts on Freedom of Religion or Belief. Previously, David worked at Amnesty International as director of the Office of the Secretary General, and, before that, as that organization’s deputy director for Asia where he began the process of establishing a regional office in Sri Lanka.
