This is a story about a whale who swims around the world and bumps into each of the continents. When he does a host of animals unique to that continent come down to greet him and he takes one along for the ride except for the seal. "I'm a whae and swish my tail and swim around the world." When he bumps into a continent he opens his "great big enormous mouth and shouts WHAT LAND IS THIS??" Take me take me says the walabee. Kachoo said the kinkacho. Here I come look out for me, sliding down the iceberg WEE! Wonderfully illustrated with maps of all the continents and names and illustrations of all the various animals. Start and two!!
