The understanding heart

A romance set in Northern California involving farmers, forest rangers, a gold mining company, an escaped convict and a forest fire (silent film). Monica Dale a lookout in forest reserve helps bob mason a convict to escape. She meets Anthony Garland a newly appointed ranger who wants to capture mason as well as a sheriff . There is a forest fire which has an impact on their lives. There is also a mining company head who tries to play a crooked game.
