Hasman Abdullah Ahmin is an hereditary and despotic ruler, who has negotiated with the Kremlin to exploit his country's natural resources. Richard is his cousin and he opposes Hasman's plans and is alarmed at the situation he has created. Hasman calls in Tony Dimarco and his mercenaries, and a reign of terror follows.
