Description
A book of 12 poems, one for each month of the year. Published in 1952, one thousand of the copies were numbered and autographed by the author. This volume, like the author's final book was printed in the author's own handwritten script. Wilson wrote: > The changes of style in the script of > these poems were made to emphasize the > moods of the months. The shaded script > suggests the sombre days of winter. > The lettering used in August and > November is a symbol of meditation, > while the bolder style of script found > in the other months is symbolic of > their joy.
