Description
In 1997, Chinese scientist Tin Pan and Englishman John Bosworth go to the moon by rocket. They discover that one side of the moon was destroyed by a nuclear war 3,000 years ago, but, on the other side of the moon, they find the Lunatic Republic still obsessed with technology--Cf. Dustjacket.
