The final instalment

Oswald Trent is an actor who has never quite made the grade. While on tour in Canada he is taken up by Joey Rossi, who takes him on gambling junkets where Oswald learns how to collect money illicitly. When a mob war breaks out, Oswald flees to London where he sets up in partnership with experienced fence Rufus Whittaker.
