Red of the Redfields

Dr Red Pepper Burns is no longer able to work due to break down in health. He still takes the occasional patient. His friend Dr Leaver sends him a former war correspondent who doesn't seem to want to live. Dr Burns sends him to live with her cousins at Redfield, a vigorous family with a lot going.
