Mr. Budd investigates

The man who had purchased the painting was found in his lodgings - stabbed to death - his painting stolen. While investigating the case, Superintendent Budd stumbles onto another murder in progress in a derelict house, and hears the dying man utter just two words: 'Red ... light ...
