Modern plane geometry, graded course

Superb Textbook! I have an original and have studied it several times. However, there are NO Answers in the back of the book. Does anyone have the Teacher's Edition of Modern Plane Geometry Graded Course, By Webster Wells, S.B., and Walter W. Hart, A.B., Or know where it can be found, if the authors created such in 1926? The language is beautifully measured, clear, and direct with Illustrative Exercises and Exercises for Practice. It was extremely well done!
