David Ben-Gurion was the first Prime Minister of the State of Israel. He has often been deemed one of the one hundred most influential and significant individuals of the 20th century. This volume contains letters written to his wife, Paula in the years between the two world wars when the political struggle to establish a Jewish homeland was at its height.
