Considering the tumultuous circumstances of their first meeting. It was hardly surprising that Jake Lang should dislike and despise Natalie Buchan; although she hadn’t intended it that way, he could hardly be blamed for thinking she had seen him as nothing but a cheap substitute for her dead husband Angus.
