Personality profiling system, dividing people into 12 types aligning with the patriarchs of the 12 tribes of Israel. Published in 2002 before Lumpkin founded his own publishing company. Book has long since been out of print. Basic information was reprinted in a book called, "The Enneagram - A New and Expanded View," published by Fifth Estate Publishers.
