Description
William Burke, William Hare, and Helen M'Dougal were associated in the murder of more than sixteen persons. This volume deals especially with the trial, in the High Court of Justiciary, Edinburgh, of William Burke and Helen M'Dougal who were indicted for the murder of three of the victims, in December, 1828.
