A sinister silence

After awakening from a long illness, Paige Mallory finds she has lost her hearing. While en route to an institute in Scotland where she hopes to learn to communicate by sign language and lip reading, she is kidnapped by a malevolent stranger who informs her that someone close to her is behind her abduction. Before Paige can fight her way to freedom, a new life, and even true love, she must first embrace a deeper belief in her God and in herself.
