American born poet who writes about the Goddess, philosophy, psychology, and personal development. Educated with multiple degrees and education in psychology, philosophy, clinical psychology, English, religious studies, and cinema. Trained and worked professionally as a counselor and psychotherapist in healthcare and mental health. Teacher of adult learners in University, clinical, and business settings. His poetic work is primarily viewed as dialogical and devotional love poems that celebrate the goddess and feminine nature. Other poetic themes have included freedom, personal development, and social injustice. Kavi's love poems are spiritual and temporal poems of devotion speaking equally to divine love and the power of love between persons in relationship.
