Jessica and Jane have been living together for six months and are devoted friends - or are they? Jessica loves her friend with the cruelty of total possessiveness; Jane is rich, silly, and drinks rather too many brandy-and-sodas. Watching from the sidelines, their friend Sylvester regrets that Jane should be 'loved and bullied and perhaps even murdered by that frightful Jessica', but decides it's none of his business. When the Irish gentleman George Playfair meets Jane, however, he thinks otherwise and entices her to Ireland where the battle for her devotion begins.

Life can change on a dime. Piper Williams is poor. She's always been poor. Like seriously - dirt poor from a small town. But when one of her regular customers at The Greasy Spoon diner gives her the gift of a lifetime, her life changes overnight. But as with all gifts, there are potential obstacles and hers is named Cameron. The grandson of her now dearly departed customer is thrust upon her, and she's forced to work with a man who seems to despise her from day one. With only six weeks to make it work, Cameron and Piper try to exist in the same house but as with everything in life... things change. The Whiskey Ridge series is a small town contemporary romance series set in the north Georgia mountains. Each book is a standalone with no cliffhangers!
