This 1892 coffee table book is 13 1/2 x 11 inches with over 250 8x10 photographs on 542 numbered pages. Mostly of significant buildings in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, with some purely scenic views included. Printed in a slightly finer halftone screen than today's newspaper photographs. The extremely flowery Victorian language of each description is entertaining to modern folks.
