Die Nibelungen
Siegfried establishes larger-than-life heroic characters who are defined by tests of valor and rigid codes of honor. In order to win the hand of Kriemhild, Siegfried must win a bride for her brother, King Gunther. Kriemhild's Revenge begins after the death of Siegfried, and weaves the treacherous tale of his widow's ungodly vengeance upon his murderers. The noble qualities of the first film become liabilities in the second, as the blood oaths and vows of loyalty bring about a maelstrom of violence that results in the slaughter of entire armies.

Fritz Lang's first sound film from 1931--the shocking story of a serial killer--was adapted by Jon J Muth in 1990 into a four-issue comic book miniseries. Long out of print, these four issues are now collected together for the first time as a hardcover graphic novel.
Cloak and dagger
An American physicist is parachuted into war-torn Nazi Germany to obtain military secrets. But the deeper he probes, the deadlier his mission becomes, especially when his involvement with a beautiful and mysterious woman catapults him into an intense maelstrom of danger, betrayal, and murder.
