Love Is Enough

A dream come true? It certainly seems so to the beautiful Fleur Lorraine. She had been working forthe film department of a movie studio; mostly office work and minor production jobs. It had always been Fleur's ambition to act, and when the female star in the latest picture proved inadequate, Fleur got her chance. But actually to appear in front of the camera, and in a leading role - she an unknown! Unknown? That's the problem. The film company has to make her name known to the public. The studio devised a publicity stunt to bring her into the public eye, and masquerading her as a princess Fleur was transported to Monte Carlo . And when the publicity machine starts rolling, she finds - to her own amazement - love at first sight, and then her own duplicity becomes a barrier between her and happiness. Will Fleur's dream job really bring her happiness? And will fame help her find true love - or be a barrier?

"Throughout her celebrated career, Mary Oliver has touched countless readers with her brilliantly crafted verse, expounding on her love for the physical world and the powerful bonds between all living things. Identified as "far and away, this country's best selling poet" by Dwight Garner, she now returns with a stunning and definitive collection of her writing from the last fifty years. Carefully curated, these 200 plus poems feature Oliver's work from her very first book of poetry, No Voyage and Other Poems, published in 1963 at the age of 28, through her most recent collection, Felicity, published in 2015."--
